TRIO CREATIONS

TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: August 28, 2026

Welcome to Trio Creations. By placing an order with us, visiting our website, or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. About Our Products

Trio Creations offers custom and personalized products. Because many of our products are made specifically for each customer, slight variations in color, placement, sizing, or appearance may occur.

We make every reasonable effort to accurately display product colors and designs. However, colors may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, materials, and printing process.

2. Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including names, dates, spelling, sizes, colors, images, addresses, and other personalization details.

Please carefully review all information before submitting your order.

Trio Creations is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.

3. Design Approval

If Trio Creations provides a proof or design preview for approval, the customer is responsible for reviewing the proof carefully before approving it.

Once a design has been approved, changes may not be possible. If a customer approves a design containing an error that was provided or approved by the customer, Trio Creations may not be responsible for correcting or replacing the item.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been received.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including situations involving suspected fraud, unavailable materials, pricing errors, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations

Because custom products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, cancellations or changes are not guaranteed.

Customers should contact Trio Creations as soon as possible if they need to make a change or cancel an order.

Once production has begun, cancellations and changes may not be possible.

6. Pricing

Trio Creations reserves the right to change product prices, promotions, discounts, and availability at any time.

The price charged at the time an order is placed will generally apply to that order, unless a pricing or listing error requires correction.

7. Customer-Submitted Content

By submitting photographs, artwork, names, logos, or other materials to Trio Creations, you represent that you have the right to use and provide those materials for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted materials do not violate another person's copyright, trademark, privacy rights, or other legal rights.

8. Intellectual Property

All original designs, graphics, photographs, logos, written content, product concepts, and other creative materials created by Trio Creations remain the property of Trio Creations unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers may not reproduce, copy, resell, distribute, or commercially use Trio Creations' original designs without written permission.

9. Product Photography

Trio Creations may photograph finished products for marketing, promotional, portfolio, or social media purposes.

If you do not want your completed order photographed or used for promotional purposes, please contact us before placing your order.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trio Creations is not responsible for losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including shipping delays, carrier disruptions, weather, natural disasters, incorrect customer information, or other events beyond our control.

11. Policy Changes

Trio Creations reserves the right to update these Terms of Service when necessary. Updated policies will be posted through our website or other applicable business channels.
